Common faults and causes of machine control circuits

When using electrical equipment controlled by machine tools, many failures often occur, causing the equipment to fail to operate normally.
In addition, when a technician performs an operation, if there is a problem with the equipment, it will easily cause a large accident.
So, many companies will require technicians to have basic mechanical knowledge and simple maintenance skills.
In the course of work, if problems are found, they can be resolved in a timely manner.
1. Short circuit and failure In industrial applications, machine tools contain many types and the fields involved are wide. Therefore, the faults and causes of the electrical control equipment of each machine tool are different.
Among them, a short circuit refers to a problem with the potential at both ends of the line. There is no converter connected between the two ends, which causes the current between the two points to be too large, resulting in a short circuit.
Usually, a slight circuit problem is just a short circuit, and a serious circuit problem will burn the entire circuit and equipment.
So, line problems are also one of the most common failures.
The main reason includes two possibilities: one is the human factor.
Relevant technical staff made mistakes during the operation, and the responsible management staff did not regularly maintain and repair the equipment in accordance with requirements. The second reason is the equipment.
It is possible that the quality of the equipment is not enough, which causes the components of the machine's electrical control circuit to fail, resulting in a short circuit.
So, when processing parts, we must consider many factors, and pay attention to these common problems at all times, and take precautionary measures.
2. The circuit is broken and there is a failure. The circuit is broken, which means that the current in the line cannot flow, and a failure occurs.
The main reason is that the equipment has no electricity, so it cannot operate normally. It is similar to the situation of short circuit in the line. It is also divided into human factors and equipment problems.
The reason for the artificial operation is that the related technical staff did not perform maintenance and repairs on a regular basis. Therefore, some wire problems in the lines were not resolved in time, which caused the lines to break.
The reason for the equipment is that the interface at the end is not tightly connected. When the machine tool equipment starts to work, strong vibrations cause the end interface to loosen, resulting in poor line contact.
3. Ground fault of the line It mainly refers to that the line touches the abnormal ground and causes failure. There are three main types of ground faults on a line: single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase ground faults. The most common wiring method is the single-phase grounding method, that is, the grounding method of a neutral line and a live line. It is also one of the most common faults.
The main reason is that the service life of the machine tool is too long. If there is a problem with the insulation surface of the wire, the metal wire in the circuit will touch the outside and cause failure. In addition, the problem of two-phase grounding is also a possible failure. The main reason is that the voltage of the equipment is not high, which causes the equipment to run steadily.
