So, line problems are also one of the most common failures.
The main reason includes two possibilities: one is the human factor.
Relevant technical staff made mistakes during the operation, and the responsible management staff did not regularly maintain and repair the equipment in accordance with requirements. The second reason is the equipment.
It is possible that the quality of the equipment is not enough, which causes the components of the machine's electrical control circuit to fail, resulting in a short circuit.

3. Ground fault of the line It mainly refers to that the line touches the abnormal ground and causes failure. There are three main types of ground faults on a line: single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase ground faults. The most common wiring method is the single-phase grounding method, that is, the grounding method of a neutral line and a live line. It is also one of the most common faults.
The main reason is that the service life of the machine tool is too long. If there is a problem with the insulation surface of the wire, the metal wire in the circuit will touch the outside and cause failure. In addition, the problem of two-phase grounding is also a possible failure. The main reason is that the voltage of the equipment is not high, which causes the equipment to run steadily.
