Since the bridge erecting machine belongs to the installation of large-scale special equipment for the bridge, the operation of the bridge erecting machine must clearly define the division of labor, unified command, and set up a full-time operator, a full-time electrician and a full-time safety inspector. There must be strict construction organization and measures to ensure construction safety. The basic personnel requirements are as follows:
  1 commander: familiar with the basic requirements of bridge structure and lifting work. First of all, familiar with the structure, assembly procedures, operating methods and requirements in the instruction manual of the bridge crane, and have a certain organizational ability, familiar with the command signal, strong sense of responsibility;
  An electrician: can understand the circuit diagram of the bridge machine and can wire according to the diagram, can quickly troubleshoot the fault in the work, strong sense of responsibility, proficient in business, agile person who is responsible for and responsible for the operation of the bridge machine;
  1 hydraulic worker: familiar with the basic knowledge and use and maintenance skills of hydraulic systems, and be able to operate and troubleshoot correctly;
  3 lifting workers: with many years of experience in lifting work, strong sense of responsibility, certain mechanical knowledge, familiar with crane operation regulations and safety regulations, serious and responsible work, meticulous;
  3 auxiliary workers: young people who have certain cultural knowledge, are physically strong, can bear hardships and stand hard work, and are willing to study business, and are used as training targets.

  17.Hydraulic system
  1. The two ball-type globe valves on the same hydraulic cylinder must be closed or opened at the same time. Never open only one of the periods and close the other, otherwise it will cause an accident or even cause the hose to burst or the hydraulic cylinder to be damaged;
  2. Determine the setting value of the relief valve according to the different working conditions of the front, middle and rear three outriggers and the lifting beam jack, but the maximum value should not exceed 31MPa. After the setting, the nut is used to lock it, and the setting pressure cannot be changed arbitrarily. If it is too small, it will often overflow during work, causing the oil temperature to rise or even fail to work. If the setting pressure is too large, it will not provide safety and damage the components. The specific setting value is determined by the on-site technicians;
  3. When the oil temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the machine should be stopped for cooling. When the oil temperature is lower than 0 ℃, it should be considered to replace the low-temperature hydraulic oil.
  4. If any component or pipeline fails, it should be shut down immediately and inspected and repaired by trained professional technicians. Operators must not disassemble without authorization;
  18. The bridging machine must be equipped with a lightning protection device, which shall be resolved by the user.
  XIX. The bearing capacity of the traveling square beam of the bridge crane should meet the relevant requirements, and the free ends must be provided with retaining irons. The travel box of the cart is equipped with special tools (wedge iron) and warning signs.   Twenty-one, the height of the front, middle and rear outriggers should be adjusted before the bridge crane works, so that the longitudinal slope of the main beam of the bridge crane is less than 1.5%.
  22. The longitudinal slope of the longitudinal travel track of the bridge erecting machine is less than 3%, and it shall be adjusted to this requirement if it is not met.
  Twenty-three, when the bridge erecting machine is in a downhill working state, when the longitudinal slope of the longitudinal track is> 1% to 3%, the hoisting machine must be used to protect the bridge erecting machine to prevent the trolley from sliding down.
